CallMyOga provides an anonymous communication relay service linking QR sticker codes to registered vehicle owners. It is a communication aid only — not a guarantee of contact, security, or emergency response.
You may only use CallMyOga for legitimate purposes including:
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate deactivation and referral to law enforcement:
A risk exists that a bad actor could stick a CallMyOga tag on someone else's car without their knowledge, then pretend to be the "owner" when contacted. This would allow them to receive calls/messages meant for the real car owner.
To protect against this: (a) we provide a Report Misuse button on every scan page; (b) we investigate all reports within 24 hours; (c) we cooperate with Nigerian law enforcement for criminal misuse; (d) we recommend owners check their sticker regularly to confirm it is their own registered tag.
CallMyOga is not liable for: failure to make contact in an emergency; misuse by third parties; losses arising from reliance on the service. Use at your own discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
